1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using adonissignature.com and its services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Adonis Signature offers process automation, web development, and intelligent systems integration services, including but not limited to:

• Website and application design and development
• Workflow automation
• API and systems integration
• Digital transformation consulting

3. Intellectual Property

All website content —including design, code, text, images, logos, and trademarks— is property of Adonis Signature or used with authorization. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written consent is prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
• Use services in accordance with applicable law
• Make payments per agreed terms

5. Payments and Fees

Prices are agreed in the corresponding commercial proposal. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Adonis Signature reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment after a 15-day grace period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adonis Signature shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question during the last 12 months.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the business relationship. This obligation persists for 2 years after termination.

8. Modifications

Adonis Signature may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with jurisdiction in the courts of Caracas.
