Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of A7A (the "Service"), operated by Adonis Signature LLC ("Adonis Signature", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

A7A is a workflow automation engine that lets users build, schedule, and run automated workflows, including AI-assisted nodes, terminal integrations, and scheduled executions. Features, limits, and availability may evolve over time.

2. Accounts & Access

• Access to the Service is provided through account credentials or access codes issued by Adonis Signature.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Shared, resold, or abusive access may be suspended without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, or malware through the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
• scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure;
• misrepresent the Service as your own product or remove its branding in violation of your plan.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

5. Automation, AI & Execution Content

Workflows, prompts, and configurations are created and owned by you. You are solely responsible for the actions your workflows perform, the data they process, and any third-party terms they must comply with. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before reliance or publication.

6. Data & Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect availability. Enterprise agreements may include separate service-level terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Adonis Signature LLC and its licensors. Except as expressly stated, no rights are granted other than the right to use the Service under these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adonis Signature LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
